Have you all read the article? This is a nation, a caliphate. ... and it seems our military and intelligence community has been slow to wake up to what is really going on (if the article is even 1/2 true).
I don't have an answer, but a war doesn't make sense when you don't even know your enemy. We've made that mistake before.
