This is Dominic's assessment of himself. Stop and think about that.
If someone tells you that they are a loser...believe them.
If you hire an employee and they tell you that they have a problem with kleptomania....believe them.
Broken people have a tendency of telling you what is in store.
On top of that, Dominic's brain is so murky that he offered that self assessment up to someone who is adversarial.

Clearly he is belligerent and takes pride in that. You appear to be trying to come to terms and take the high road out with someone who is a belligerent loser in their own eyes.
That is hopelessly broken. It is futile to attempt.

The only worse thing that you could do is give credibility to anything that he thinks or says.

It's sad, but you cant fix it.
