Well, I don't have cataracts yet... but I'm extremely far sighted (+7/+8), with a bad astigmatism and retinopathy. Even if I had surgery I would still wear glasses lol  I thought that I was going to continue wearing glasses too. But like I said 20:15 in the right eye. The surgery took 25 minutes and the benefit has been an amazement.
