Dear Lynn and Mike

I know I'm going to be the thorn here..and folks aren't going to be happy with me.......but this is how I feel.

I've read and re-read through the thoughts on changing up the melody structure....today, and I took it to the piano with the suggested verse, verse bridge, interlude, verse...and thought it lost its strength, it's connectedness....and most important its sweetness. It broke the flow of the melody line.

and I guess I'm also going to go against the grain on the lyrics, I still feel they need to be a lot stronger, regardless of what any current star sings. I'm not going to speak for anyone else, but I don't have that kind of clout.

I would have never done this a year ago...I would have just kept quiet and Sulked,....but since this was brought up both openly on the public forum...and privately on p.m.'s..I thought "my" thoughts on the matter should "also" be stated both openly on the public forum and privately on the p.m.
