You are right on. The younger people, artists and writers, don't really participate in forums like this. Twitter, Face book, My Space, are all more suited for the "imediate responses" they look for.
So probably if you were to open up one or several forums for that, you would find very little use for it. They just think in a different forum than us really old people do. It is the way of things.
