I came back for another look. I get the broken man about to give up on something due to disappointment and/or failure. And the message to not give up but to keep on keeping on. I guess that is more concrete information than a lot of songs have, but my curiosity still bugs me. What is it that went wrong? Could be anything. Job loss, relationship down the tubes, death in the family, etc. etc.
