I tink after the Great Depression there were safegards put in place to prevent it from happening again. Maybe they would have worked but I tink there were too many cooks minding the stew. The old addage that "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" got waylaid along the way. And now Mz. Pelosi is going to have hearings to see what happened? Uh, would you run that by me one more time? I don't think I heard correctly.
