Thanks Mike, one thing I have noticed about my own material is that if a song is poor or needing work, a 3 minute song can sound like it's 4-5 minutes long. If something is off, it can seem like the song never ends. So I tend to discard or rewrite those. And vice versa. If a creation is decent, normally the performance time seems to pass very quickly. Funny how that works.
