Very misleading editing. Notice the way several of the clips end with an unnatural abruptness. Biden is talking about no new drilling on Federal lands. This is the problem of relying on "news" provided by political action organizations like ATR, which is explicitly opposed to the notion that climate change is real.

Having said that, Biden's statements on fracking do seem to be pretty muddled. On the broader issue of fossil fuels, his aim of gradually eliminating the vast majority of their uses is a worthy one. I'm not sure that it's doable 100%, but as renewables become increasingly cost competitive, their use can be drastically reduced for everyone's benefit.

But when you say something that many times, the truth belies the parsing of words and context.

Gavin, I voted for Trump but I am willing to admit when he lies and/or exaggerates and/or distorts the truth.
