Well... all this tells me is that Pennsylvania allowed ballots to be cast however they liked and counted however they liked. Notice that there's no mention of how each ballot was initially certified, or how each ballot cannot currently be certified.


Joe Biden told you that there was nothing to worry about there. Why can't you accept that?
