True story...we had a border collie named "Bobbie" when I was a kid
We were living in a rural area at the time with corn fields either side of our property.
Playing hide and go seek with my dad, we could not find him...I was about 5 or 6 ...so we told Bobbie "Go find dad"...and he took us right to him...no hesitation...a few rows deep in the field.
Dogs can definitely understand what we want...some are just smarter than others.
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
