If a bank is bankrupt and in a bailout, I can't see how that is not misappropriation of funds. People thinking they are entitled. People thinking the world owes them something. People thinking credit is a right and that they should be able to maintain a lifestyle regardless of their income. People or corporations or government spending more money than they make. Those are the problems.
