My last post on this thread.
The company in question contacted me and wanted to make amends about the bad feelings that came from this situation. We had a very productive and genuine conversation that validated my initial impressions of them. They also indicated that their thinking on reversion clauses had evolved as a result of all this. I am pleased that they contacted me, and feel better about the entire situation.
