100% of the publishing means that you get 50% of the publishing profits.That is very standard for a publishing deal. You should ask for a reversion clause of no more than 3 years. You might want to find out who they intend to pitch the songs to also. Many publishers hire song pluggers or have their own. Offering both, is something I've not heard of before. I'd have them send you publishing contracts and then have an attorney (music ) look them over. I would not pay them to do anything.
