$700,000,000,000 (bailout) divided by 302,000,000 (population of USA) equal about $2300 for every man woman and child here legally.

Of course a few things were added to the bill which started out at 3 pages and now is 400 pages. But one good one that I may try to take advantage of is that the $2000 federal rebate for adding solar panels has been lifted so now a $30,000 solar system in your house (one big enough to actually pay most of your power bill) will now only cost you $15,000. So at an average of $400 a month that I now pay for power, it might be worth it because I could pay it back in less than 5 years. For the next 10 years I will save $50K.
