What is the definition of insanity?- isn't it something like "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result". No matter how hard we try, we can't kick them all out because probably 80% of the population don't even know who represents them!
Here is my idea for a bumper sticker. Probably half who read it wouldn't know it's a joke.
