Yes well said indeed.Talent is not learned but needs shaping by those that have gone on before.That's why we need coaches in sports.They take raw talent and shape and teach the tricks of the trade.If the raw talent is not there to start with,all that teaching will not produce a star.You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear. LOL
