Actually not. 6-1. 198# this morning. BMI on my online medical charts says that I am "overweight." 24.9 BMI (CDC) for me would be 189#. I don't really have that to lose. PCare Doc says that I skew it because of muscle mass. Wrong as usual Tony, about that and most everything else. And 71 yrs old?!? Yeah', right. lol Careful, don't bend over too fast for Frank and have a stroke! 😆
