Marty, God isn't interested in skeptics, he's interested in those "poor in spirit", meaning those aware of their spiritual need.
Robert I thought that God loved everyone and was interested in everyone. I am skeptical of assertions that cannot be backed up, but am not an atheist and I do not disdain religion or religious people...as long as they are not condemning or dangerous in some way. I am a genuinely interested agnostic. Be all that as it may.... Book? Verse? Passage?
