Evolution and genetics is wonderful It is exactly right that researchers now believe our hominid ancestors interbred as much as any closely related individual genomes can today. We have animal husbandry and crop development in agriculture as examples of deliberately developing onward genetic characteristics from individual varieties. Two days ago the New York Times published an atricle about how the genetic marker that allowed indoviduals to survive the Black Plague is now seen as responsible for auto immune disorders like Cron's disease. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/10/19/science/bubonic-plague-black-death-genetic-protection.htmlPerhaps a human being is just a genome's way of creating another genome?
