But they are common sense. No parent ever had to tell their kid " now son, don't be killing people tonight ya hear?
But are they common sense because we are moral or because the consequence may be prison or death?
You and I could debate this forever and never resolve the question.
So here's my question....If all the laws were gone, what would be the reaction of the people?
I throw that out to everyone...how moral are we???? Probably could be a separate thread. My dad used to say laws and locks were made for honest people. I know if they waived the speed laws, it would be chaos. Nobody would drive 55 when they were late for work. Stealing, looting is already big, so bo doubt if nothing was illegal it be chaos Even cheating or murder or most wrong doings, we feel the consequences. When the Bible says it 5000 years ago, I dont think it would matter either way God needs to show up again. I think you're seeing my point....It's the laws that keep us moral not a compass inside us and over time even the most moral of us would join in the chaos just to stay alive Steve
Creators of music have a responsibility to their craft. When they have finished using all the notes and words, they must pass them down to the next generation with a simple request. “Use these to create new music.”...Steven McDonald
