That's why there is gamblers annoymous and its a massive problem.

It can be a fine line sometimes, but discpline is what seperates the men from the boys. Its not about getting rich, people who do that are going for a desperation attempt, almost never works, might work one time out of a thousand.

Not everybody is swaping an asset for a desired outcome, they are investing, if you play stocks you are doing the same thing

Among different jobs I had, over the years, one of them was as a stock broker '83 to '89. The toughest course and exam I ever took, in my life, was to become a Broker. I now know what a butterfly spread is. lol
