Jews in the 1st century were correct about many OT Messianic prophecies. But not all of them. Scholars have learned much since the Reformation. But they're still human. That's where we greatly differ Robert. The Bible is 100% accurate and true, if one word is wrong then it's all wrong! I just focus on remaining faithful as the Spirit guides me, and I try to be very careful not to bring God down to my level...
