Well I think that's part of the conflict of Christianity Everette. We're given commandments, parabels, metaphors on what to do and what not to do, but, we're saved anyway? Which is why I brought up love your neighbor as yourself...ahhh not important...lets read about 666!

I read a story about some gang member who killed somebody, and then made the sign of the cross, asking for forgiveness. If it's all true, God will forgive him. DIdnt help the poor person who got shot though.

Animals kill with no remorse and not even a realization that they did anything wrong. It's theirs for the taking, so they take it. It's not that they dont know right from wrong, it's just instinct, needed to survive.

Humans for millions of years were savage hunters, and savage towards one another, in much the same way as animals. The only difference is our brains figured out that living in a uniform society, with rules helps all. Helps our survival to work together, helps our quality of life and our future. We made our own rules before we were ever told them By "Moses"....

Stealing, killing, adultrey, are all basic sins that we decided needed to be curtailed in order to function and thrive.

Today we have too many laws.

But laws and rules are man made ideas, they started hundreds of thousands of years ago with the first civilizations.
