Now this is all making perfect sense. I was hoping I wouldn't have to say bye bye to the major record labels. So it goes like this: 78's to 45's to LP 33 1/3s's to cassettes to CD's to Filters. Same folks running the show, just a new state-of-the-art delivery system.

That begs the question? How will the new model be any more advantageous to JP Folks and Michael Laskow et al than the existing one? Hypothetical answers based on "wouldn't it be nice" seldom cut it in the real world, so where's the beef?
