Very nice and positive post!
A few of my favorites are ..You'll Never Walk Alone...I just
love to hear that song sung! I think it's such a positive song
and doesn't really matter to me who's singing it at the time...I would stop to listen to it. I think partly because the melody just keeps building and building and building and the message is inspirational and timeless..and also that melody is seamless.
And one that might not be on everyone's favorite list...Billy Joel's ..New York State of Mind. Billy has always been my favorite singer/performer because of his passion on the piano. and New York State of Mind...just sets a mood for me. Only been to the city a handful of times, but I go there immediately with that song.
