Man sad for sure
Thanksgiving is a traditional day for family to get together, reconnect, share a meal, and forge stronger bonds. It is a gathering to share why we are grateful...originally simply for surviving harsh conditions with a successful harvest.
Families, parents especially, see it as a way to get the kids and cousins and grandparents together and do not see it as work at all as everyone co operates to get things "on the table"
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
