There weren't even any bruises on Floyd's neck or "BACK". No petechial hemorrhaging of the eyes or spinal trauma. FLOYD RAISED HIS HEAD AND TURNED AWAY FROM THE CAMERA FOUR TIMES COMPLAINING OF CHEST PAIN AND SHORTNESS OF BREATH! Typical symptoms of Fentanyl overdose.
Floyd was not strangled. He OD'd.
However, the final report said his "heart condition" was "probably" exacerbated by excessive force during arrest...
