Which conspiracy theory?
You have many to choose from. You litter your own web site with them. The last one that I looked at was some guy in a long video diatribe that you offered as proof of the fact that we are all lemmings being guided to mass suicide by some evil cabal in the shadows.... due to our ignorance and willingness to deliver the executioner's sword to him. I listened to a few minutes of it and never saw anything that looked at all like evidence.

Brian...you, and some others, have the boogey man gene. It gives you an insatiable thirst for any information that will uncover the boogey man that you have constructed. You don't just know that the boogey-men are out there, but you know exactly what they are doing. Since the beginning of civilization there is not a moment that someone was not up to something nefarious. That much is fact. But beyond that, the difference between us is that I won't be persuaded (or try to persuade) that any particular profile is true without a solid and discernible reason.

As for science?
Scientific outcomes have been compiled into books of "facts" but "science" is not a fact. It is a verification methodology that began with Aristotle. True science to my mind never asserts absolute correctness. It asserts "models" of things that can be challenged. Relativity, Quantum mechanics, string theory are all "models" that EVOLVE as they are determined to be true or not.

W times Lsquared/8 is the mathematical model for a beam supported at its ends by 2 columns that carries a continuous and even load. It is not an edict from a science god. It is a mathematical model that seems to always predict an outcome. Reasonably well. Nonetheless, it is subject to challenge and disproof. So much so that it and other such models can be employed to stack the weight of skyscrapers.

And keep in mind, that some of those models were employed to imagine and create the bomb force that was dropped on Hiroshima and engines that took humans to the moon. (Assuming you believe that was not staged)
If you have ever been seriously ill, such models likely led to procedures and prescriptions that kept you alive. And if you have been seriously ill, you may have noticed that adjustments to your regimen had to be made because the scientific models are not perfect and evolving.

It's your site and your podium, I suppose. Throw your theories out here if you like, but some of us view it with much skepticism.
