and all morality...is based on The Golden Rule For whatever it's worth, in my un-credentialed opinion, I agree that every philosophical doctrine ever produced can be distilled down to the Golden Rule. It may be an edict from God. If it isn't, at the very least...a very sound principal. *except in the case of sadomasochists...and such.
