I fed ai one of my better songs. Honestly? It put out some really good commercial sounding stuff, I trued about 40 takes.
There were 5 that I thought killed it, but In all honesty the music and melody I wrote was better.
Maybe I like my own style better, I'm influenced by the who and Bruce, Tom Petty, alot of pop rock , Americana, British invasion, modern rock, garage, Blues even some new wave, singer songwriters
Honestly I feel like the experiment is over. the real power of this thing is the production.
What I'm hearing is that when the production and sound is great it makes everything else seem great
I'm not able to get a great sound it's not really feasible . Not sounding like that anyway.
But you take away all the arrangements, vocals, slick production, the songs are not better
I need to make my bucket list album.
But I dint mind helping a lyricist with this if they have something.
