I really don't understand these seminars where they have a hit songwriters that wrote one hit song fifteen years ago and have been selling themselves as "experts" and hit songwriters ever since. Even though they've never had another charting song, only a handful of cuts and never sustained a living as a songwriter. Come on, if you are going to be a speaker at a seminar you should be songwriter who has staying power. Ten number one's, 250 cuts and 25 top-40 songs, at least that shows you know what you are doing, still doesn't prove it could help anyone else though. Maybe, maybe not, but I'm not paying.
