I have a problem with lyricists that recommend changes to the words and lyrics of songs (already written) before ever asking about the structure of the melody. I totally agree with you there Colm, that is why I don't post my lyrics because if folks don't know my melody, I'm not sure how they can comment, I also don't want them using up good words in their attempt to try and help me, I don't want to use their ideas, I want the thoughts to be my own..so you will get no argument from me on that one, but that is just my personal opinion reguarding my own lyrics...
