Lauren Alaina: Shania Twain’s “Any Man of Mine”
She's better than that song. Shes my favorite. Unspoiled, charming, gifted and natural. She has everything Kelly Clarkson has.

Casey Abrams: Joe Cocker’s “With A Little Help From My Friends” (originally recorded by The Beatles)
This guy is such a complete musician, he makes everything comfortable and fun. Hes not in the "idol" mode but he may be the best musician on stage including the band and the judges.

Ashthon Jones: Diana Ross’ “When You Tell Me That You Love Me”
What is she still doing in this competition? Is she suppose to be filling some kind of "Diva" slot? I don't get it.

Paul McDonald: Ryan Adams’ “Come Pick Me Up”
goodbye Paul- your voice disappeared in this song

Pia Toscano: Celine Dion’s “All By Myself” (originally recorded by Eric Carmen)
She will probably win because she looks like Miss America and sings great. I got so bored with the hook it sounded like a vocal exercise. But she will stay and probably win. She may even deserve to win. I wish the show would let them sing the whole song.

James Durbin: Paul McCartney’s “Maybe I’m Amazed”
Maybe I'm amazed? No I am amazed. This guy is is talented and getting stronger

Haley Reinhart: LeAnn Rimes’ “Blue”
This song will keep her in the competition. It was a technically perfect performance. She will stay and will have her blue moment in a couple of weeks.

Jacob Lusk: R. Kelly’s “I Believe I Can Fly”
This was a really big disappointment because the guy is knock a down powerful singer. But I kind of hated the song. Jacob, why don't you wait until the competition is over and then bring out the 100 choir chorus line- cause it kind of buried you.

Thia Megia: Michael Jackson’s “Smile” (originally recorded by Charlie Chaplin)
Put this girl on the next Disney Princess DVD. She could teach Randy something about "pitch" so Randy shut up about "it was a little pitchy". She won't win but she will stick around for awhile with a smile.

Stefano Langone: Stevie Wonder’s “Lately”
It probably isn't enough to keep you around for another week or two big guy- nice try. I think you have shown us about every thing you have.

Karen Rodriguez: Selena’s “I Could Fall In Love”
She's a sweet girl but her days are numbered. Will she be able to hang on long enough to build a career? If not, it's been a good ride.

Scott McCreery: Garth Brooks’ “The River”
The question is: Will Scott learn enough about singing fast enough to stay in the competition? None of the judges mentioned that he was struggling with some of the notes. He has the gift but will he be able to apply it in a real challenge. He is one bad song choice from dropping off the map. But I am rooting for him.

Naima Adedapo: Rihanna’s “Umbrella”
speaking of rooting for someone- this is the girl! I want a nobody who was scrubbing toilets a few months ago to take it all the way to the bank. The judges all gave her the right feedback. Like Scott, can she learn all she needs in time to win it all? Maybe. Amaze me Naima.
