This week's AI performances showed why all
the male finalists are still there. They were all
entertaining. Whereas the females produced
one entertainer IMHO – Naima.

Casey A. I liked the arrangement and creative
twist that Casey adds to a song.
Thia. Uptempo song but still a KS.
Jacob L. Whow!
Lauren A. Back to underachieving. KS.
Haley R. Her outfit got more of my attention
than her performance. (See last week's
critique of Karen) I think we have a pattern
here.
Pia T. Back to KS.
Paul Mc. Excellent performance. The guitar
kept Paul anchored to the stage. So we missed
the Capt. Jack Sparrow stage walk.
Scotty Mc. Excellent arrangement again. Smart
singing. He looks comfortable sitting on the
stage stairs giving us his Alfred E. Newman smile.
Stefano. Great singing. Worst stage presence of
the guys. His eye closing is causing a disconnect.
Naima. Now that she's wearing an earphone,
Randy isn't complaining about her pitchiness.
Adding the dance rounded out an
entertaining performance.
James D. I think he wants to give Jacob a run
for the top spot. Great song choice.

Haley – who based on past trends shall probably
be exiting the competition. Modeling is more her
niche – maybe even singing in a sultry beer or
other alcoholic beverage ad
