Naima Adedapo – "What's Love Got To Do With It" by Tina Turner
Tina is better. You can't stay in the competition unless you are as good or better than the songs you cover.

Paul McDonald – "I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues" by Elton John. There is something very interesting about this guys voice- he was struggling with a cold. He is hard to classify. I don't think there is any way he could win it all.

Thia Megia – "Colors Of The Wind" by Vanessa Williams
Why do the judges keep asking her to be herself? Disney princess IS what she is.

James Durbin
– "I'll Be There For You" by Bon Jovi
Rock on James- you will be the big hit on the tour.

Haley Reinhart – "I'm Your Baby Tonight" by Whitney Houston
I don't think so Haley. Go join you Dad's band. It's pretty good.

Stefano Langone – "If You Don't Know Me By Now" by Simply Red
Wow, this guy is better than I gave him credit for last week!

Pia Toscano
– "Where Do Broken Hearts Go" by Whitney Houston
Just OK. I barely can recall the performance.

Scotty McCreery
– "Can I Trust You With My Heart" by Travis Tritt
Good song choice. I think he lacks experience and it might catch up with him. He seemed to struggle with some high notes but he hit the last one perfectly. He's a contender unless he flat out blunders- which always seems possible.

Karen Rodriguez – "Love Will Lead You Back" by Taylor Dayne
Have mercy on her and let her go this week.

Casey Abrams – "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana
I never cared for Nirvana- but this was good. This guy is C R A Z Y!

Lauren Alaina – "I'm The Only One" by Melissa Etheridge
I barely remember it. I think it was OK. I thought she would win it all a few weeks ago. Now I'm not so sure.

Jacob Lusk – "Alone" by Heart
Two weeks in a row I have hated his performance. He screams out of his range. What happened? Is he trying too hard?
