If there are to be no political or religious discussion make that part of the terms or a disclaimer, but the creative writing forum invites all content from what I can see. A political forum (enter at your own risk) would be the best. If you want to participate you can go there, if not don't. Plenty of other activity on the board if you wish not to discuss. I'm here for the music, but why should I mind if there is a section for political debate. I don't have to get involved. I'm all for free speech and the deletion of those posts was censorship IMHO. Unless clearly defined "no political or religious discussion allowed" which I have seen on sports forums and such.
I was here years ago but took a hiatus because of health concerns so I've been reading a whole lot of archives to catch up. I've seen more strong language and blowups over song lyrics and MP3 than anything political but I have not read them all so my assumption may not be correct.

PS: last night while reading I stumbled upon Chris Young's 1st post where he introduces himself as a 16-year-old, thought that was pretty cool.
