Dom you argue the court of public opinion while Rob argues a court of law
And the truth will be very clear to see as evidence is presented on live TV in front of the world. There they cannot lie. It is why all those election challenges in 2020 lost
Trump seems to think his first amendment right to lie also covers actions steming from such protected speech....as evidenced by the one and only lucent thing Trump said tonight in Atlanta was that he could question an election he thought stolen...the rest was the usual attack the prosection, tie them to misdeeds of their own and calling his indictment election interference, say others did as he had and were not charged and,and I did nothing wrong and its a disgrace
Meanwhile, Jim Jordan wants to see Fanni Willis' evidence against the co conspirators as self important head of house judiciary committee. Seems he did not learn from Braggs' invitation to come overstep his bounds in New York
In another part of The Nuthouse MJT says loudly and wildly that she wants to be DJT's running mate among her accolades and praises and unswerving support but stresses that in the meantime she is focused on serving her constituents.
The debate was simply speaking to the base, with Christie the only one out of bounds. Republicans are trapped in a story they served up to their base and cannot swerve. If Trump gets on the ticket, there is already money and procedure to challenge him as being eligible to be on the ballot under 14.3 and big donors are having their say with money. My take is one of those speaking to the base may be the one moving forward and Trump will be be gone
Lots of state primaries to come and important courts will have their say. No John, but everytime they go after Trump, the people think foul play on Dems And admittedly there's a lot of trump witch-hunting . So they may be playing right into his hands, particularly when it amounts to nothing legally. Even the sex assault case, that was done to make trump look bad , not for justice for the woman. But many people do not even know he was found liable. I guess the days of class, and honor in politics are over, all people want is results, they ain't looking for trump to be their kids role model And sleepy Joe is such a weak foe. Kennedy mighta had a better chance. Dems got nobody exciting right ht now
