Tony, the OECD has nothing to do with banks.
Has everything to do with building out sustainable economies of its members...one of them, the USA, was a founder.
All it would do is to have say Apple pay taxes in the USA instead of shifting it to another jurisdiciton in some manufactured tax driven transaction.
The USA wins! What a novel idea, US corporations paying taxes in the USA on income they earn there
