hi, i'm also one of the proverbial "bandwagoners", and i signed up after getting the newsletter via email. i figured that it wouldn't hurt to throw my lyrics into the stack, either. i have a feeling that it's going to take some time to check out all the topics on the board, it seems to be kind of massive.
my questions, though, are about the lyric contest (hopefully i didn't miss the answer elsewhere):
who are the judges for the contest? are they also posters on the board who have a lot of posts behind them? the newsletter said that judging begins on 09/01, once all submissions are locked in. how long does everyone anticipate it taking to sort through them all? (i guess that kind of depends on the amount of submissions and the number of judges, huh)
anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this and for your help.
