Just an update to everyone:
Blake Hill has graciously agreed to finish the number assignment task that I couldn't get finished before leaving for the road today. It's a really tedious and time consuming job, so please thank Blake for me. I spent 5.5 hours doing 118 of them He got 100 done in an hour last night because he has a fast connection. (Yeah, I just have a dial up and now, from the road, even that is limited because I can't always sign on.)
Once Blake gets ALL of the lyrics assigned with a voting number, folks can start voting based on the guidelines posted. This should give you some time to read all the lyrics and take some notes on your favorites.
With over 500 lyrics posted, it reads like a full novel, so if you want to vote, keep that in mind. It is going to take some time investment.
We've already had a lot of people view the lyric entry pages and more are doing it every day. (We can even tell how many people have viewed all 11 pages by IP address, so it will be interesting to see how the votes match the views.)
So happy reading and voting! I will be checking in from the road to see how it is all going over the next 30 days!
And thanks again to Blake!
Brian
