It's much better than last year's karaoke contest. Beth might be disppointed that Julie Z. didn't make it because she didn't do her best in her semifinal performance. With the competition this year, few contestants can recover from an average or flawed performance. James is still there, but I doubt his fan base is greater than some of his competition's.
