Trump hasn't left a pretty trail. As you astutely noted about me, I will vote for probable policy outcomes on issues that matter to me.
In this binary choice, that will be Trump.
As for his convictions, he would be an "official insurrectionist" as declared by the SC of CO, had that not been knocked down for ignoring due process and other things by SCOTUS.
The Stormy trial was pieced together, and has a real chance of being overturned, maybe even in NY. Big money in that state does not want to see inept and corrupt politicians and prosecutors of either side wielding the hammers that they swung at Trump.
We'll see.
