Ray with due respect, most of those in the top tiers of power in the USA do not have a handle on what they do..just to give you one tiny little instance of payback time...de-stabilising...that is what Iran is doing to Iraq ..payback to the CIA...but that is the times we live in....Forecast time..Obama..v..McCain...
Obama wins by the length of Broadway....but as far as world policy is concerned there will be no withdrawal of troops from Iraq by either USA OR UK...we could open an other can of worms and bring Israel into the equation but that is another story...
