We should have a balanced budget amendment but no one has the courage to make one. We should start with:
1. Defense (Both military and local law enforcement) 2. Infrastructure (Highways and Bridges and Roads)
Once those two things are paid for, all other budget issues should come afterwards. And if we fall short of being able to meet our national budget, then they have to be cut. If we can't pay for the two things above, then taxes have to be raised.
