What I find most interesting here is that no one wants to talk about the candidates, what they stand for, what they might do, what they are capable of, who might win, what ramifications it may have, why they'd vote or not vote for them.....etc

....but everyone wants to talk about what is wrong and whose fault it is

Quite extraordinary actually and that may be the real problem. Too many voters are far too busy looking for scapegoats and throwing stones to find out who might best lead them.
