Eh, lets see.
USSR. UNION of SOVIET SOCALIST REPUBLIC, or something like that. I don't think there is a lot of difference except maybe in the USSR if you went against the system you were sent to a Re-training facility to get your brain straightened out.
The reason Social Security is going broke is because there are less and less people paying into it so it can't sustain it's self. To keep it going taxes will have to be raised and that is not a political given. The baby boomers are just beginning to retire and will cause a huge drain on the system.
I don't look for anything to be done about it anytime soon.
