I hate it when noise pollutes the environment like that! I even wrote a note to the Editor of my local paper when something like that took place near my home. They printed it, but it didn't help anything.
Is there anyone you can write to about this that could make a difference? Or, are you destined to suffer in the midst of this mess until they are done?
