The smoking bans DO suck...I have a friend ,who a few days ago was given a warning(next time fines will be imposed),for smoking IN HER CAR with the windows rolled UP,because she was in the smoke-free hospital parking lot.I've heard that laws are being put into place about smoking in cars if you have a passenger under the age of 18(not that I think we should blow smoke in our kids faces),but what's next...soon I'm going to be told that I cant smoke in my own home(although I only smoke in one room in my home(away from my children).The government is being allowed to gain too much control...I was wondering if I could claim that I smoke for religious reasons,if that might make a difference?
