Auntie Rant huh! I'm the King of rants doll. Ok, here's one.

I am a smoker of cigarettes, very politically incorrect. My, how nons hate smokers! Why do you do that? It's so unhealthy and it stinks up the place. I know. But I can't help myself.

It goes back to the days when I was a little boy. A very deeply rooted psychological impact on my life. I found I liked sitting on my Uncle's lap not because of him but his cigarettes. I love the smell of cigarettes, like fresh baked hot apple pie. I tried them when I was 8 years old and they were disgusting. I threw a whole pack in the creek.

The clincher came when I started drinking in bars at 17. In order to make myself look older and cool, I smoked. Then came college. Drinking, smoking and partying were a natural match. There was no stigma about smoking then, until the lying sacs of the tobacco companies were caught enhancing nicotine. "Uh, I doesn't believe nicotine is addictive", the lying sacs said to congress.

Then the bleeding heart liberals got involved, who have to have laws for just about everything. Of course, they are non smokers, but they had to get their 2 cents in as always. Well, the government sued the tobacco companies and won a huge settlement and the bleeding hearts were satisfied. But now our glorious, rip off government decided to tax the hell out of cigarettes to teach those bad tobacco companies a lesson. Stupid as###. They knew all along they would be placing a segregationist tax upon the backs of the middle class and the poor and it won't hurt Big tobacco. The majority of smokers socioeconomic background is the middle and the poor classes.( Yes, it can take the place of the marriage tax. ).

Now, cigarettes are just too expensive, costing some people $350 a month. Way beyond alcohol taxes and cigarettes don't kill people on the road to the tune of 58,000 lives yearly.

I came up with a plan to escape this tobacco tax tyranny! I bought a $50 rolling machine and make my own cigarettes at about 85 cents a pack including tax. I was in smokey, cigarette heaven. But, it didn't take the government long to catch up to me after a year of bliss. They got so used to this smokin cash cow, they needed more and raised the tax another 60 cents on a pack of cigs. No problem, I don't buy cigs. I roll my own! Uh uh, not you don't pal. You will not be in smokey heaven long. Little baby pants, Phillip Morris said, Boo, hoo, you can't raise the price of cigs on a pack and not bulk tobacco, which Mr. Marnie buys to keep his costs down. We Want him screwed too! And so, the bleeding heart liberals that run the bureaucracy, screwed me because PM SAID so! Raise my tax on bulk tobacco 60 cents. Oh no, let us raise the tax on bulk tobacco 350%! Hitler has been cloned! My 1 lb. tobacco went from $15 to $55 a pound overnight! THIS IS FREAKIN aMERICA!

The point here people, is not whether smoking is bad. It is legal and this freakin government has no right to single out a portion of the American public and levy tyrannical taxes on only them. This is totalitarianism, not the act of a free Republic. It will not be long until you are singled out!

My prediction for the future. America will become a dictatorship within 25 years! Ha, ha. There is only one chance left to save the Republic. But, are we the courageous patriots our forefathers were?
